Trust & Control

Detect first. Disclose only what is permitted.

Use the minimum approved context needed to recognize the need or opportunity. Disclose only what the relationship permits for the next action.

Vinculo is designed to recognize a commercial state before a lead exists using context approved for a defined use and relationship, while keeping the company that owns the customer relationship in control of what happens next.

01

You choose what Vinculo can observe.

The partner chooses what Vinculo can observe. Use the minimum context needed to recognize a commercial opportunity and match an existing relationship—not broad access by default. Three valid inputs: a structured event, a bounded source-side derived state, or approved richer context when interpretation needs it. A source system can evaluate private context and send only the resulting state. Richer access must be approved for a defined purpose and relationship, and can be read-only and revocable where appropriate.

02

Detection is not permission.

A source system can derive a bounded commercial state; Vinculo can recognize its commercial opportunity or interpret scoped, approved context where needed. A state, confidence score, or strong relationship match does not authorize disclosure or action. The executable commercial relationship governs eligibility, permitted use, economics, destination, action, consent, disclosure, and authority. When the rules do not allow action, Vinculo must not invent permission.

03

Observation and disclosure are separate permissions.

Permission to interpret information is not permission to send it to another company. A relationship may allow automatic action, require employee approval or customer consent, or reserve execution for a person. Vinculo is designed to surface only the decision a person needs to make.

04

Data can be minimized before it crosses a boundary.

An approved event, derived state, pseudonymous identifier, or limited summary can be enough before a named referral is appropriate. Disclosure can be staged: first determine relevance, then share only the fields the relationship permits at the right stage. Customer identity and commercial details move only as far as those rules allow. Source emails, transcripts, documents, and raw customer records do not automatically travel with an action; approved richer context may still be required for detection.

05

Actions have boundaries and outcomes.

The model calls for attributable actions, relationship-specific permissions, an audit trail, and access that can be scoped, expired, or revoked where configured. Delivery and outcome checks distinguish attempted from completed, sent from received, and accepted from funded. An unresolved handoff should remain visible for reconciliation rather than being counted as success.

One relationship at a time

A Partner Activation Pilot starts with an existing relationship, one clear commercial state or opportunity, one allowed action, and a measurable outcome. Authority and data boundaries are defined for that relationship—not inferred by AI.

These are product principles and configurable design patterns, not a claim of deployed controls, certifications, or compliance status. Demo systems and records are simulated.
